Be flexible and adaptable while remaining productive and focused. Set clear goals and know where you want to go. Then focus your energy on solving a problem, scratch your own itch, and share the solution.
It is not enough to focus on just anything. You need to find what is essential in each area:
- Programming: reading, writing, and sharing code.
- Learning English: listening repeatedly to interesting, comprehensible audio.
- Retail: consistently offering products and services customers truly enjoy, supported by a sales team and leadership that understand the whole service chain. (Inspired by Edmour Saiani’s book Ponto de Referência.)
- Life: keep acting with a positive focus and help the people who share the journey with you grow. In short, enjoy serving and growing together.
